Matt’s passion for the wireless industry began at the age of 15, when he was selling phones and pagers at his uncle’s pager shop in Detroit. When he was 20 years old, he used his savings to purchase his first Sprint franchise store, which he sold four years later for a profit. In 2008, Matt and his partner Nash Khami founded Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS) and grew the company from two AT&T retail locations to over 70 locations in under 10 years. Matt served as CEO of MMS and now serves as the CEO of Alliance Mobile since the organization began in 2022.
Nash started in the wireless industry over 30 years ago in 1993. In 2008, Nash and his partner Matt Sharrak founded Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS) where Nash served as part of the executive leadership team. Nash has served as COO and President of Alliance Mobile since the organization began in 2022.
Ken has over 27 years of experience in the wireless communications industry. He served as VPGM at Alltel Wireless for 11 years throughout multiple markets and before joining Alliance Mobile in 2022, served as COO of Slayton Wireless. Ken’s career includes an extensive background in forecasting, financial management, driving operational excellence, turning around under-performing markets, talent acquisition, site acquisition and customer and employee satisfaction. Ken now serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance Mobile.
Brian started in the wireless industry over 26 years ago as President and CEO of The Wireless Experience (TWE). Brian founded TWE in a garage in Manahawkin, New Jersey and under his leadership it grew to be one of the East Coast’s largest AT&T dealers with over 100 locations across 7 states. In 2023, TWE entered a new phase when it was acquired by Alliance Mobile. Today, Brian serves as the Chief Development Officer of Alliance Mobile, continuing his commitment to innovation and growth in the industry.
John is a strategic and effective leader who has worked in the finance departments of many of Michigan’s largest companies. With over 20 years of finance experience, John has held multiple positions from Controller to Finance Director, and more recently Chief Financial Officer. He prides himself on being a strategic partner alongside the CEO and other leaders within the organizations to help ensure profitability and growth. John joined the Alliance Mobile leadership team in 2022 as CFO.
Jon started working in wireless in 2008 and has been with AT&T since 2010. Jon joined Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS) in 2013 as a Store Manager and progressed into a training role. In 2019, Jon stepped into the role of Director of Retail Execution where he was responsible for the development of Operations, Training, Analytics, and Strategy. Jon currently serves in the role of Senior Director of Operations for Alliance Mobile.
Rick’s start in wireless retail was back in 2008 as Retail Sales Consultant for Russell Cellular in West Frankfort, IL. When Russell Cellular was acquired by Slayton Wireless, Rick held several positions within the organization including Store Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations, and the Director of Corporate and Retail Support. When Alliance Mobile formed from MMS and Slayton Wireless, Rick took on the role of Director of Business Development & Analytics.
Robert started his career in Human Resources in 2008 after graduating from Oakland University. He began working in the wireless industry nine years ago with partners Matt Sharrak and Nash Khami at MMS. Robert now leads the Alliance Mobile HR team as Director of Human Resources.
Kris began working in wireless in 2016 with Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS) as a Small Business Manager. Kris quickly found his passion in the Connected Communities space, and became an Account Manager & Call Center Manager in 2017. Currently, Kris serves as Alliance Mobile’s Director of ACC.
Chaz’s career in wireless started September of 2014 with MMS as a Sales Professional in a retail location. Chaz was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and then Store Manager. In the fall of 2016, he was promoted to be a Field Trainer and Operations Manager. Chaz’s passion for learning and development led to becoming a Training Manager in 2019. Now, with over 9 years of experience in the wireless industry, Chaz is the Director of Training and Development for Alliance Mobile.
With over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, Chris swiftly progressed from Sales Leader at The Wireless Experience to Director of Supply Chain and Retail Execution. His expertise streamlined operations and optimized retail strategies, propelling significant growth. Now as Director of Data & Analytics at Alliance Mobile, Chris drives data-driven innovation, cementing the company’s position as a tech leader.
Chris’ career in wireless started in February 2015 with Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS) as Project and Facilities Director. He is currently responsible for overseeing new store buildouts along with store relocations and remodels. On the facilities side, Chris oversees the overall presentation and upkeep of our stores. He is also responsible for managing new leases and renewals across several markets throughout the company portfolio.
Julie is a seasoned accounting leader with 25 years of experience in many areas of accounting and in several industries, including 12 years at ALLTEL Publishing. As a CPA, she has worked in public accounting, but quickly discovered that she enjoys working in mid-sized private companies where she can work across departments and make more of an impact. Julie started with Slayton Wireless in March of 2020 as Controller and has seen them through several mergers and acquisitions to become Alliance Mobile, the company we are today.
Alexis started as a Sales Professional in 2018 while also interning in Marketing at back office during college. In 2020, she became an Assistant Manager, and by 2021, she was promoted to Store Manager. In 2022, she moved into the role of Executive Administrator at the back office, where she works closely with principals and leaders. Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design in 2020 and excelled in business and marketing courses during her studies.
Austin began his career in sales as a Sales Pro with MMS in 2015 in Louisville, KY. Since starting in the wireless industry over 8 years ago, Austin has grown into several leadership positions, including his roles as a District Manager in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Austin’s current role as Market Director of the Florida Market allows him to focus on creating an environment for his team that allows them to grow and achieve professional success.
Ariel has been with Alliance/TWE since August 2020, starting as a Store Manager in a focus store before advancing to District Manager overseeing seven locations, then expanding to 14 locations, and now continuing to grow as a Market Director. A two-time Summit Winner, Ariel has successfully developed multiple promotions at various levels. With over eight years of experience in the wireless industry, both prior to and during his current role, Ariel brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team.

James is a sales leader and coach with over 20 years of experience in Retail Sales. Having started in wireless in 2009, James began his career as a Sales Professional and quickly moved up the ranks to Store Manager and then District Manager. In 2021, James was promoted to a Director of Sales position with The Wireless Experience where he led the Pennsylvania market. James continues in this role now at Alliance Mobile.
Jonathan’s career in the industry spans 13 years with AT&T, where he has held a variety of roles. He began as a Connectivity Expert, progressed to a Small Business Specialist, and later served as a Flagship Manager and Area Manager for both Corporate and Indirect channels. Each role has provided him with invaluable experience in teamwork, leadership, and customer service. He is passionate about developing others and is committed to helping Alliance Mobile achieve its goal of becoming AT&T’s number-one partner.
Aaron started with Alliance Mobile in 2014 as a part-time sales rep and quickly worked his way up through the ranks. From ASM to SM and eventually becoming the first dual manager within the company, his career continued to evolve. In 2019, Aaron stepped into the role of District Manager for the Mid-Michigan district.
Along the way, he also earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwood University, all while managing a store full-time.
As DM, Aaron’s leadership has been key in guiding the Mid-Michigan team to five consecutive summit spots, a testament to his love for coaching and team development.
A 25 year veteran of the cellular and consumer electronics industry, Kris joined the Alliance team in September 2024. His previous roles include Retail General Manager, National Account Executive, Corporate Trainer, and Regional Director. Kris loves meeting new people and talking about the business.
James brings over 15 years of proven leadership experience spanning both the United States Marine Corps and the telecommunications industry. He began his wireless career eight years ago with Prime Communications in St. Louis, Missouri, where he quickly distinguished himself through strong operational performance and team development.
James advanced through key leadership roles including District Manager in Indianapolis, Market Director in Kentucky, and most recently served more than three years as AVP of Sales for the Rocky Mountain Region. In that role, he oversaw six markets, 33 districts, and more than 260 locations, driving growth through disciplined execution and people-first leadership.
He now joins Alliance as Market Director for the Great Lakes East, bringing a results-driven mindset and a deep commitment to developing high-performing teams.
